and called Jacinda because of Jacinda Ardern being a kiwi
The sauce is:

pretty hot but won’t blow yer head off
A bangin rub for meat on a barbecue, me mate Ry slapped it on a load of pork last summer and everyone at the table agreed it was banging so if yer don’t like it me mates are either lying to you or me or all of us but they’re honest folk so I think we’re safe to assume you will enjoy this
Also goes crazy on a burger and on eggs
Is this the best hot sauce for eggs? Hard to tell chief. I make all me hot sauces to go on me eggs

The Jane - Scotch Bonnet and Mango Hot Sauce
made with mangoes
and scotch bonnets
and spices
and called Jane because, well, Scotch Bonnet and Mango isn’t the most original of combos is it? So it’s a bit of a Plain Jane.
I realise it does not seem like a good idea to describe your sauce as “plain” but I’m in too deep and I’m too honest. The sauce is anything but plain I swear, it slaps something fierce.
