The Jane - Scotch Bonnet and Mango Hot Sauce

• and called Jane because, well, Scotch Bonnet and Mango isn’t the most original of combos is it? So it’s a bit of a Plain Jane.

• I realise it does not seem like a good idea to describe your sauce as “plain” but I’m in too deep and I’m too honest. The sauce is anything but plain I swear, it slaps something fierce.

The sauce is:

• the one that started it all

• dead hot but not like record a YouTube video doing the scally scovilles challenge hot

• orange

• Belter in a curry. Making a curry and it’s just not slapping enough? Bang in a tablespoon. Go on now, don’t be shy.

• Also goes crazy on a burger and on eggs

• Is this the best hot sauce for eggs? Hard to tell chief. I make all hot sauces to go on eggs
